Incoming Material Inspection
Raw material received from certified suppliers is checked for grade, dimensions, and surface defects before entering production.
In-Process Inspection
During machining and forming, critical dimensions are monitored at every stage using calibrated instruments.
Final Inspection
Finished products are checked for thread accuracy, pressure tightness, and visual defects as per defined standards.
Documentation & Traceability
Each batch is documented with material test certificates and inspection reports for complete traceability.

In-House Testing Options
💧 Hydro Test
DELCON fittings and valves are tested at a specified static pressure for a predetermined period for no leakage.
🌬️ Pneumatic / Gas Test
DELCON fittings and valves are subjected to Pneumatic test at 150 psi air pressure and 2000 psi Nitrogen pressure. Pneumatic/Gas test is carried out after hydro testing.
